Currently installed is Microsoft Office Compatibility for Word, Excel and PowerPoint File Formats under file FileFormatConverters.exe date 1/6/2010. Every time I try to open Word and Excel files from Office 2007 I receive the following message "The Converter failed to open file", although many of these files I was able to view before.
